His Excellency, Shri Ranjit S. Mooshahary, Governor of Meghalaya is happy to learn that the Cane and Bamboo Technology Centre, Guwahati is celebrating the World Bamboo Day synchronizing with the North East International Bamboo Festival from 16 to 18 September, 2010 at Kisama, Kohima and C & B Newsletter on World Bamboo Day is being brought out to mark the occasion.
His Excellency, the Governor conveys his best wishes to the members
of the CBTC and hopes that this festival will be a platform for trade A promotion for entrepreneurs and business executives from different
parts of the North East and to showcase the excellence of the North East in harnessing Bamboo and promoting the inn,te craft talent of
the North East.
