Criteria for selection of supplier for construction of Bamboo Auditorium at National Institute of Technology, Yupi, Arunachal Pradesh.

1. The Party must have experience in sourcing and supply of quality bamboo specifically in Bambusa balcooa (Bhaluka) and bambusa Tulda (Jati)
2. The party should be able to source and supply quality building materials for construction.
3. The party should supply the quality materials at reasonable cost
4. They should be able to deliver the materials in time as per requirement
5. The party should be financially sound
6. The party should have the sense of total quality performance and professional relationship
7.  The party should have executed similar works in Arunachal Pradesh.

1. Registration Certificate / certificate of Dealership from companies
2. G S T Registration
3. Pan Card
4. Audited statement of Accounts
5. Work order from Government and private organization / work executed / completion certificate
